Create Notebook

Hi,
Are there any plans to create a notebook for this project? And can I help?

Style transfer is intrinsically interesting to newcomers in deep learning. I have already created a simple repository while at university that linked your work with p2gan.

It's a very simple notebook that clones and uses the scripts in p2gan.
