Add bookmark service for categorized list of bookmark links

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to get a bookmark service type, that will allow you to create a categorized list of links that don't need to be full tiles.

These links would be visually distinct from the normal services that we are linking to. This would be good for creating a list of bookmarks that can be separate.

This could take the form of a bookmark service, or a section that is dedicated to bookmarks rather than services.

I have looked at the code and tried to implement this, but I found it challenging as I don't know Vue very well.
