Hi,

thanks a lot for this tool! I'm currently analyzing viral plasmid libraries (coming from various sources like soil and water), and I need to find genes on these viral sequences. Apart from finding all possible ORFs on these sequences, I'd also like to generate actual gene calls.

I was wondering if running prodigal in anoynmous mode on these viral sequences < 1kb conceptually makes sense? Will I get sensible gene calls out?

Thanks a lot!
