"Save current frame" won't work near the end of video

Describe the bug
If I paused near the end of the video or if it was stopped, the "Save current frame" feature won't work; respectively either the app throws out an error or nothing happens.

How To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open video file
2. Seek to near the end of video, or stop the video
3. Right click -> Save current frame
4. Either it shows a "Failed to save frame" error (if the video was paused) or nothing happens (if the video was stopped)

Expected behavior
The player should display a "Frame saved" message and the current frame should be saved as an image file.

Additional context

The "Failed to save frame" error says that "Value does not fall within the expected range".
