Change use of ? for MIDI pitch bend to / to have parity with Orca-C. ? is then freed up to show a quick command list reference.

A bonus consequence of adding / to the lexicon of characters is that OSC messages with longer path names could be sent by writing the UDP message manually, bypassing the need for Aioi
