not-for-all-audiences - API Error

Bug description.
When using the API with a token I get the following error:
"{"error":"Model is not for all audiences"}"

Is this a setting I need to change on HF, is this a bug, or am I missing a parameter in my payload?
Could you add the solution to the documentation please?
