Why the need for an update?

• 0.8.5 used ggplot2::movies which is now ggplot2movies::movies
• Updated to latest javascript libraries
• Added a region annotation plugin
• Added region annotations, support for custom CSS styles and custom line colors

Test environments

• local OS X install (devel & release)
• ubuntu 12.04 (on travis-ci), R 3.2.3
• win-builder (devel and release)

There were no ERRORs or WARNINGs or NOTEs.
