We need to add PWA support to be able to load web client in offline.

Investigate all service worker strategies to find the best one for Slow Reader. Write an RFC explaining alternatives and reasons to choose some strategy.
Think what UI changes would be needed for that strategy. For instance, a notice to update a client if new version is available.
