Possibility to segment a job in various sections

The possibility to segment a job in various sections delimited by polygons would reduce the no. of jobs created and provide a more dynamic environment to the coordinators.

It should be possible to either import a file with multiple polygons or to edit later and create the various polygons. For each polygon, a description could be added.

A side window listing the various polygons would offer a dynamic environment to the editor, let modify the priorities while a Mapping project is going on and reduce the no. of jobs.

For both the coordinators and the contributors, it would be easier to follow the progress and reorient as new priorities are identified.
