Describe the bug

flower is not up to date, it is always late and can't see a started task in it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any model training
submit a new training
go to flower
when the training is picked up and started running, it doesn't show on flower till it is finished successfully or with failure

Expected behavior
flower is always up to date with all task
