RPi Imager 1.85 on Mac cannot find homebridge images #139
Comments
In order, the screen shots are for the: Pi 5, Pi 4, and then no filter |
I can confirm. Same configuration except I'm on Sonoma 14.3.1. As far as I can tell, HomeBridge is missing from the image file list that was updated today. Edit: I'm guessing it was accidentally removed. You might need to put in another request to get it added back in. |
Just looking at this further, and our file that contains the Homebridge image information - Located Here has not changed recently. @tdewey-rpi - Do we have the ability to troubleshoot this ? PS - I'm on vacation and have limited access to everything, so please bear with me. PSS - As a workaround, the latest images are here - https://github.com/homebridge/homebridge-raspbian-image/releases |
Howdy! No need for troubleshooting - this is the expected flow. On Feburary 2nd, I sent a notice to contact@homebridge to cover a change of requirements of being listed, along with a timeframe for expected responses. Unfortunately, no one responded to that e-mail, and as a result I had to remove Homebridge from the OS list. At this stage, the project will need to complete the 'Request an addition' form, found here: https://forms.gle/AhmDqtNwW4Vh1PFY6 |
@tdewey-rpi Tks for getting back quickly on this. Looks like our email list is broken, as I never receiver a copy of that email. I have resubmitted the request for addition, hopefully we can quickly get added again. In the request I included my email, and another lead collaborator @donavanbecker as contacts, hopefully we won't fall thru the cracks again. |

Describe The Bug
The software is probably fine, but a configuration or repository somewhere is not quite right.
This happens to be for a Pi 5, but I think it applies to all Pis
The helper computer is an 2020 M1 Macbook Air on Sonoma 14.4 (beta)
The RPi imager is at version v1.8.5 (according to the app banner)
