Addresses #7827

Description:
As of mychevy.py 1.0.0 selenium is no longer a dependency. (The home assistant component uses mychevy 1.0.1)

Removed references to selenium.
Added Chevy Volt to known working vehicles.

Pull request in home-assistant (if applicable): home-assistant/home-assistant#

As of mychevy.py [1.0.0](https://github.com/sdague/mychevy/blob/49677c4db9ef0bcfdab8d30a2afd52984302f7b3/HISTORY.rst#L9) selenium is no longer a dependency. (The home assistant component imports mychevy 1.0.1)

Removed references to selenium.
