This PR updates the SmarterHome distributor URLs for the ZBT-2 product to reflect a website category restructuring on the smarterhome.sk domain. The URLs have been changed from the "zwave-pc-adaptery" category to the "adaptery-moduly-a-softver" category, ensuring customers can properly access the product pages.

• Updated two SmarterHome URLs (Czech and Slovak versions) to reflect new category path
