VoiceOver focus does not transition to sidebar when opened or out of sidebar when closed

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When opening the sidebar, the focus for VoiceOver is not moved to the sidebar, so it continues to enumerate the screen you are on. For example, activating the sidebar button and then swiping to the next element focuses on the page's tab bar, the ••• menu, etc.

Describe the behavior you expected

When the sidebar is opened, VoiceOver focus is moved to the sidebar.
