Language settings for both Frontend (UI) and Backend (Setings)

I'd like to request an option in the Home Assistant user settings.

I'm Swedish so I want all of my dashboard content to be in Swedish. However I still majorly prefer to have my settings in English, it's way easier to navigate in English and especially if I'm trying to get help online most sources are in English.

At the moment I'm using a couple of workarounds to display weather entities and such in Swedish using template sensors. Which is quite a lot of work for a small reward. If I swap the language in settings to Swedish most cards and dashboard content looks like I want but then again my settings are in Swedish which I don't like.

I'm not sure how many people have this issue. I might be in a minority, probably.
No matter I'd still like to request a split Language settings where you could choose your language for the dashboard and one for your settings. Probably could be hidden in the simple view but visible in the advanced user view.
