Allow free TTS language selection in Voice Assistant configuration

Hi everyone, on the Settings -> Voice Assistants -> Assist page, in the assistant configuration section, the text-to-speech language is tied to the configuration language, and switching is not allowed. This makes it impossible to use Multilang languages. As a result, if an English text ends up in the list of texts to be read, I’m forced to listen to the English text in a Hunglish (Hungarian-English) accent :)

It’s great if the default language matches the configuration, but it would be nice if MultiLang text-to-speech was available for those using languages other than English.
