Feedback from Morkvomork1 in hattrick forum:

I've had a game against a team from St.Vincent and the Grenadines.
The Team is playing in a Hattrick International League.

In Hattrick i collected the Flag of St.Vincent and the Grenadines,
in HO (Module International Friendly) the "Flag" of Hattrick International.
