  Report Displayed as Hos Fee = 960

• After cancel the investigation, Regent Fee & Other Fee wasn't reduced

• After Return the Item, Regent Fee & Other Fee wasn't reduced

• Pofome Institution name change as Perform Institution

• Pofome Department name change as Perform Department

• Clesr button name change as Clear
