Project Statistics page missing data for Batches with 0 completed Task Assignments

The "Project Statistics" view (added in Turkle 2.2.0) has a table labeled "Batch Statistics". This table only contains information about Batches with at least 1 completed Task Assignment.

Turkle 2.4.0 added new statistics to this page about not-yet-completed Task Assignments. Here is the description of this feature from the CHANGELOG:

Added statistics about not-yet-completed Task Assignments to Project Stats page.

The statistics about not-yet-completed Task Assignments on the "Project Statistics" page are not accurate when there are Batches associated with a Project that have 0 completed Task Assigments.
