Add a preferences window for user-defined settings.

Ideally using SwiftUI, possibly using LazyHGrid and LazyVGrid. https://www.hackingwithswift.com/quick-start/swiftui/how-to-position-views-in-a-grid-using-lazyvgrid-and-lazyhgrid
