Change inmate communication to use the proper msg_to_cell/reply_from_cell

Right now, I've got it backwards. These fields and functions are all from the perspective of the hypervisor, so in this context, a cell is always an inmate. The communication is not between the inmate cell and the root cell, it's between the inmate cell and the hypervisor.
