Very high latency issue.

Hello! I'm from Myanmar. We are under Military coup and Military currently just installed GFW with the help of China. I appreciate Hiddify for the effort. I've setup everything correctly but the Latency is really high. Every protocol has over 2000 even 3000ms. I've setup Warp+ and also CDN for this matter but nothing is working. As you can see in the picture the above one is 3x-ui and below is Hiddify. My VPS server is Ubuntu 22.04 and has 6 Core CPU, 8GB of RAM and 1GBs Port. What do I need to do about the Latency problem? TCP ping is fine.
