running it locally

how can i run this (with the dlc version) locally? my internet goes out a lot. rain world is my goto game for when i'm forced to be offline, but the map link only works online

This repo is for the 1.5 version of the game. It's still accurate without the DLC active.

i'm actually hoping to host it locally - the online version for both works just fine when i'm online xD (although it'd be neat to have an offline version of the DLC one)
