**Is this a BUG REPORT ** (choose one):

Version of Helm and Kubernetes:
1.12

Which chart:
stable/heapster

What happened:

E0403 07:44:05.033019 1 manager.go:101] Error in scraping containers from kubelet:10.234.178.175:10250: failed to get all container stats from Kubelet URL "https://10.234.178.175:10250/stats/container/": request failed - "403 Forbidden", response: "Forbidden (user=system:serviceaccount:kube-system:heapster-heapster, verb=create, resource=nodes, subresource=stats)"

** Solution that worked for me **
kubernetes-retired/heapster#1936 (comment)

PS:
I have also used updated image version and working fine for me:

--set image.repository='k8s.gcr.io/heapster-amd64' --set image.tag='v1.5.4'
