Position out of range for changeset

Summary

I got an error saying thread 'main' panicked at 'Position 23374 is out of range for changeset len 23317!', helix-core/src/transaction.rs:397:13 while navigating in Helix.

Reproduction Steps

Helix suddenly stopped while navigating in code.
