Currently :tree-sitter-scopes displays the scopes in a single line in the status bar, which can often be so long the terminal needs to be stretched across another screen (or its text needs to be shrunk) to see it all. :tree-sitter-scopes would be easier to read and more consistent to use if it was displayed in a multi-line popup the way :tree-sitter-subtree is.
