3. Update on governance: GitHub migration and the new website.

Website design is in progress.

4. v0.7 release update

The two pending items - FHIR profile reviews and first version of important valuesets - are in progress. See (5) for details.

5. Update from the sub-group on FHIR profiles and valuesets workstream

FHIR profile reviews by FHIR India community is coming to a closure. The last profile reviewed was InsurancePlan. We may need another session to complete it.
The claim item/billling item/benefit item category valuset(s) work has started and presented to the group. There was some feedback which may result in further conversations. The subgroup plan to meet again (time slot would be posted and agreed upon in the Discord channel) and conclude the first version of this valueset. After which, the second important valuset of supportingInfo category will be picked up.

6. Update from sub-group on policy digitization

The InsurancePlan profile review by FHIR India community may result in some significant changes. The next meeting may happen next week during which the feedback and suggestion would be collected.

7. Update from the sub-group on HCX Use cases

No updates. We are looking for volunteers to pick up either of payment cycle or reimbursement cycle. Please reach out to us in the Discord channel if you would like to volunteer for this.

8. Update from the sub-group on Tech-Specs

The representatives of this sub-group were absent. But, the work is progress for the the next two APIs (notification and search/status).
Also, there is an issue with FHIR Implementation Guide generation w.r.t. NRCES FHIR profiles. The issue is explained in detail in the Discord channel. If you happen to have some experience with FHIR IG generation, please help resolve this issue.

9. Discussion on the claim item category valuesets.

@krishan presented a summary of his ideas on the claim/bill/benefit item valuset to the group. There was some valuable feedback. More discussions to happen on this valueset.

Here is the link to the spreadsheet used in the presentation.

Suggestions received:

• Use Insurance Plan benefits and categories as a starting point
• Consider some nomenclature for Codes in the valueset
• If the Hospital chooses its own coding system, mapping would be an issue for the payer/hospital. We may have to strike a balance here.

There will be a follow-up discussion on this valueset. Watch for the announcement in the Discord channel.

10. Feedback, suggestions and Questions

We changed the format of the bi-weekly call by reducing the time to share updates, and allocate the rest of the time to some discussion that needs feedback/suggestions from the group. We will see how this goes and change if/when needed. If you have other suggestions, do let us know in Discord.
