The "vision" page speaks in the future tense

The "vision" page speaks in the future tense. I suppose that's because it was written when the HF was in an ideation stage. Should we change the language to present tense?

• "The HF will address the following needs"
• 'The HF will identify and integrate or implement missing “technical glue”'
• "The HF will try to nurture respectful, inclusive communication"
