aws_launch_configuration > monitoring argument missing

The default behaviour of an aws_launch_configuration created with terraform is to activate the detailed monitoring

A monitoring boolean argument for aws_launch_configuration resource is required here.
If it can be set to false by default that would be awesome :)

+1 I would very much like to be able to disable detailed monitoring to save some money.
