Remove upper limit on origin_read_timeout for CloudFront distribution #36088

Description

origin_read_timeout is an attribute with a default maximum of 180 seconds, but this upper limit can be lifted by AWS Support and be set to a much higher value. This change removes the upper limit, but leaves the lower minimum, allowing for these changes to be reflected and supported by Terraform.

Relations

Relates #31608
