Description

• AWS recently announced support for fair-share scheduling for AWS Batch Job Queues.
• Scheduling policies are separate AWS resources that are independently created and attached to job queues upon queue creation.
• This request is to support a new aws_batch_scheduling_policy definition and to specify such policies within aws_batch_job_queue.
