This time, I'm running terraform destroy on my infra.

Debug Output

Error: error revoking Client VPN authorization rule "cvpn-endpoint-089e6f16ac7d35398,10.1.0.0/16": timeout while waiting for resource to be gone (last state: 'revoking', timeout: 5m0s)

Panic Output

Expected Behavior

Revocation completes and resource is destroyed.

Actual Behavior

Revocation times out.

Steps to Reproduce

This is just the same as #14156 but needs a higher timeout still.

See #14156 but this time destroy.
