Items missing from autocomplete list after max_selected_options reached with Ctrl button pressed #977

How to reproduce:

Setup chosen for multiple select element
Set max_selected_options on init
Start selection of items with Ctrl button pressed
After max_selected_options limit reached selected items start to missing and can't be found and selected later

Tested with jquery 1.6.4 and latest chosen.jquery.js
