[Feature Request] Diffrent types of users

It would be nice that we can limit normal users on what they can do.

For instance i would like some users to only be able to add records and not delete them.
Also users that are just filling fuel and adding odometer reading when they drive the car dont need to see services or upgrades.

This could all be done with some kind of custom roles. Under the admin panel adda a new column where you can add roles to users and a place to set these roles.
