COVENANT LIMITS:
There can be maximum of

300 Open,
600 Updates in total &
600 Renews in total in a block.
BID, REVEAL & REDEEM have no limits besides overall block size, i.e. 4 MiB .

COVENANT CLASSIFICATIONS:

Updates could be OPEN, TRANSFER, UPDATE & REVOKE.
Renews could be REGISTER, RENEW & FINALIZE.
