Use AWS_CONFIG_FILE / AWS_SHARED_CREDENTIALS_FILE if set and fix help tip typo. Env vars are documented here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/userguide/cli-configure-envvars.html Main reason for this is having a managed config (used by another tool) that doesn't live in the normal place.
