Update apidocs to match branding #90

I'm assuming apidocs has a way of customizing the colors and such for the html and css it generates. The colors should match the Hammer-IO branding scheme. The Hammer-IO logo should also be present, and it wouldn't hurt to include the favicons as well.

  • Match colors to branding
  • Add logo
  • Add favicons (see yggdrasil's index.html and favicons folder)
