Chapter 2 "The Whole Game" - additional callouts?

While reading through this chapter I thought maybe a couple of other callouts might be warranted:

1. Alerting users to the value of frequently restarting your R session - and point out the keyboard shortcuts. It's referenced here but I wonder if a bit more detail on why and how to do this often is a good thing.
2. In 2.15 (install() is it worth briefly describing the ephemeral nature of load_all() vs install(); library(pkg)? This is covered well in chapters 4 and 5 so may be unnecessary here.

I think when this was written, we didn't have as much tooling and experience with callouts, so it's easy to believe that we can lean into that more.
