Support for Asynchronous Invocations in the CLI #19

OSCAR Manager's API supports asynchronous invocations for an OSCAR service. This support is missing from the CLI. It would be interesting to add this support (e.g. oscar service async-run).

This feature is already in production with the last version. You can invoke with the commando oscar-cli cluster job
