Test variables with Metric 2.

Deliverables:

Create dev file which uses Metric 2 instead of MetricHPE: Metric2 testing - demo adjusted typography values #4158
Adjust typography variable values to new appropriate sizes (so that they render the same size as MetricHPE)
Document any issues (see "Notes" section in PR description)
