Less prominent spring icons at lower zoom levels

Expected behavior

A smaller/less prominent spring icon at lower level zooms

Actual behavior

At zoom level 14 (specially) it feels that the spring icon is too big or flashy

I cleaned the svg file because I noticed there is 3 objects inside: the blue circle, white stroke and an other one in middle.
