Hallo everyone,
I wanted to gain clarity and some infos about how netmaker VPN solution operates. One of the most important issue that are encountered with VPN is that in some cases it fails to retrieve and execute GPOs once the laptop is turned on and the user session is started. in a usual scenario when a user connects from the internal network, the pc communicates with the domain controller that sends the computer-level GPOs and the user-level GPOs. but in the case of a connection over VPN will that be executed automatically in the same way ? or does it depend on the way the solution works or a specific configuration ?
the other point i wanted to understand is that how the SSO works in the solution. for example if a user opens a session on windows , will he be recognized when he connects to the VPN without needing to enter his credentials again ? ( the ideal scenario is that the solution detects that the user is on an external network and that it connects automatically to the VPN without needing to enter his credentials)
