tctl user add gives confusing suggestion

Look at this output:

$ tctl users add ekontsevoy
Signup token has been created and is valid for 1 hours. Share this URL with the user:
https://graviton:3080/web/newuser/7bf2f85bd6062d81d20ab164131c1a29

NOTE: Make sure <proxyhost> points at a Teleport proxy which users can access.

Problem

The note is referring to <proxyhost> which is no longer there. It should say "Make sure graviton:3080 points at a Teleport proxy which users can access."
