When using C-Style function declaration on System Entity Fields, there will be A CRC mismatch, which will cause IronWail and QuakeSpasm to emit the error:
Host_Error: progs.dat system vars have been modified, progdefs.h is out of date
GMQCC version is commit 2fe0af0 and compile parameters are -std=gmqcc
