Fields incorrectly filled or mismatch with GrandRoot definition in simulations

In GrandRoot files produced by simulations, some fields should be reviewed (wether the value is wrong, absent or does not match what was defined in the GrandRoot format reference document). I think that some values should be corrected (at least before registering into the database) but for some others maybe the GrandRoot format reference should be modified (this should be discussed).
