Description of the problem

#1949 either caused or just revealed clock_gettime01 to be flaky. This was spotted only on Jenkins-Debug-18.04. I've tried to reproduce it locally, but could not, both running standalone test and under heavy load (100% usage on all cores). If it keeps failing we will need to dig deeper and possibly disable it temporarily.

This didn't trigger for a while (probably got resolved with some recent signlas/threads/ipc fixes).
