Consider using Oxc for parsing JS

If you guys haven't implemented a JS parser yet, then I think oxc_parser is the best choice. It's ready to use, and there's a highly active community iterating on it every day.

Yes, we know of oxc, however this project won't implement its own JS parser. We will use whatever the selected JS runtime uses. If that is V8, we will use V8's JS Parser.
