Push notifications

Might be a long shot request but I'd really like to see this made into a web application which sends me push notifications when you guys add new elements. Seems like you guys silently sneak new awesome elements in there and I scroll right by them from change blindness.

Maybe a [new] icon would be cool too.

Looks like it's very easy to implement this feature using <platinum-push-messaging> element. ;)
