tracking doesn't work after the first drag on iOS7 Safari. #15

Run ui-card example on Safari on iOS7:

http://www.polymer-project.org/polymer-all/polymer-ui-elements/polymer-ui-card/index.html

Swipe the first card, then try to swipe the second card. The second card would not move.
