I know that setFrameCompletedCallback currently only works on the Metal backend, but it would be incredibly useful on Android OpenGL.
I've shared my particular use case before, and one of the reasons it wasn't easy to support was the lack of fences in the public API. Presumably this implementation detail could be hidden behind the setFrameCompletedCallback.
